BELLATRIX APPOINTS STEVE G. TOTH AS VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTOR RELATIONS

Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. has appointed Steve G. Toth as vice-president, investor relations, effective Oct. 23, 2014. Mr. Toth is a senior financial analyst, and joins Bellatrix from a leading global wealth management and investment firm, where he most recently held the position of director, oil and gas equity research analyst. Prior thereto, Mr. Toth worked for one of Canada's largest and foremost financial institutions, within both the buy-side and sell-side areas of its business. Mr. Toth received a bachelor of commerce degree (with distinction) from the University of Calgary in 2001, and obtained his chartered financial analyst designation in 2005.
