BONTERRA RESOURCES CANCELS BROKERED FINANCING

Further to the news release dated Sept. 24, 2014, the financing with Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. has been terminated as the original closing date of Oct. 20, 2014, has passed.

Bonterra is in the process of planning its winter drill program on its Eastern Extension property and will re-evaluate its financing requirements in the near future.
