BONTERRA ENERGY CORP. CONFIRMS CASH DIVIDEND FOR JULY 2014 PAYABLE AUGUST 29, 2014

Bonterra Energy Corp. has confirmed that the July, 2014, monthly cash dividend will be 30 cents per share and will be paid on Aug. 29, 2014. The record date for the dividend is Aug. 15, 2014, and the ex dividend date is Aug. 13, 2014. The dividend is paid monthly and is subject to commodity prices and production levels.
