BLACKLINE SAFETY NAME CHANGE APPROVED BY TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

Blackline Safety Corp. has completed its name change from Blackline GPS Corp. to Blackline Safety Corp., as previously approved by shareholders at the company's annual general meeting on June 23, 2015. Blackline is a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of employee-safety-monitoring technology that targets a global marketplace.

Effective at the open on July 9, 2015, the company will trade under its existing symbol of BLN on the TSX Venture Exchange as Blackline Safety Corp.
