BIG ROCK LABS ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Giancarlo De Lio has resigned as chief operating officer of Big Rock Labs Inc., effective Sept. 19, 2014, to pursue other opportunities. Mr. De Lio will continue to assist the management of the company in its continuing product marketing initiatives and will do so in an advisory capacity.

Karl Pawlowicz, the company's chief executive officer, and Harald Seemann, the company's chief financial officer, will continue to lead the company through the execution of its business plan and will take over Mr. De Lio's responsibilities as chief operating officer.

The board of directors of Big Rock Labs wishes to thank Mr. De Lio for his contributions during his tenure as chief operating officer of the company and looks forward to continue working with him in his new advisory role.
