BUILDERS CAPITAL MORTGAGE CORP. ANNOUNCES CLASS A NON-VOTING SHARE DISTRIBUTION

Builders Capital Mortgage Corp.'s board of directors has declared a distribution of 19.95 cents per Class A non-voting share of the company. The distribution will be paid on July 31, 2018, to holders of Class A non-voting shares of record on June 30, 2018.

The amount of the distribution is equivalent to approximately 80 cents per Class A non-voting share, or 8 per cent on the original $10 issue price, per annum, prorated for the 90-day period from April 1, 2018, to June 30, 2018.
