AXS BLOCKCHAIN SOLUTIONS INC. AND CHAINLINKS LAB INC. ANNOUNCE NAME CHANGE TO LITELINK TECHNOLOGIES INC. AND LITELINK LABS INC.

LiteLink Technologies Inc. will change its name from AXS Blockchain Solutions Inc.

Effective at the market opening on Aug. 21, 2018, the common shares of the company are expected to commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the company's new name and under the trading symbol LLT.

To maintain consistency across the brand, recent acquisition, Chainlinks Lab Inc., has also changed its name to LiteLink Labs Inc.

Ashik Karim, chief executive officer of LiteLink, stated: "By renaming our parent company to LiteLink, our brand is aligned more closely with the company's refined vision that aims to link enterprises and their people with our leading-edge technologies through the lightest integration costs and complexity possible. Our customers are tired of antiquated enterprise systems and overly complex integration platforms. LiteLink will provide a near-zero-cost integration platform that can be used on demand. In addition, LiteLink has diversified its competencies to include AI [artificial intelligence] deep cognitive learning for their platforms, rather than solely focusing on blockchain technologies."
