Brien Lundin, in the November, 2015, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says hold Balmoral Resources Ltd., recently 48 cents. Mr. Lundin said buy in July, 2014, at $1.54 and in March, 2015, at $1.03. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the two buys, the $2,000 position is now worth $777. Balmoral is working on a summer/fall drill program at its Martiniere property in Quebec. One recent hole, targeting the Bug Lake zone, intersected three high-grade interceptions at depth: 0.81 metre of 32.1 grams per tonne gold, 0.6 metre of 13.95 g/t gold and 1.03 metres of 12.4 g/t gold. Another hole, targeting the Lac du Doigt region just west of the Bug Lake trend, found three areas of anomalous mineralization. Balmoral is now raising money for its next exploration season by completing a $4.5-million private placement of six million flow-through shares at 75 cents. (Note: Subsequent to Mr. Lundin's recommendation, Balmoral announced that it had raised an additional $900,000, bringing the total proceeds to $5.4-million.) Mr. Lundin says he likes producers in his portfolio but is keeping an eye on "promising exploration stories" like Balmoral. The stock remains a hold, pending the results of next year's exploration program.
