DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT FINALIZED FOR ACQUISITION OF LITHIUM PROPERTY

Further to the news release of May 3, 2016, announcing the acquisition of the 4,000-hectare (approximate) White Hills lithium property in Quebec, Altair Gold Inc. has completed and finalized a definitive agreement. The acquisition continues to be subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for filing. Such filing is proceeding.
