ABATTIS ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Abattis Bioceuticals Corp., in compliance with the company's option plan, has granted 2,438,100 incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers and consultants, with each option being exercisable into a common share of Abattis at 64 cents per share for a period of five years.
