Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders June 24, 2010, and a directors' resolution dated Sept. 29, 2011, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening, Monday, May 14, 2012, the common shares of Atlatsa Resources Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Anooraq Resources Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining, non-oil-and-gas, exploration and development company.
