ATLANTA GOLD ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Atlanta Gold Inc. has appointed Kenji Sakai to its board of directors. Mr. Sakai is the executive director of Jipangu Inc., where he is responsible for developing business strategies, mergers and acquisitions.

Allan Folk has been appointed chairman of the board, succeeding James Gray as chairman. Mr. Gray will continue as a member of the board.

Also, Warren Holmes has retired from its board. Atlanta Gold sincerely thanks Mr. Holmes for his invaluable guidance and wise counsel during his tenure on the board.
