ANFIELD RESOURCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT CLOSES

Anfield Resources Inc.'s non-brokered private placement announced on Jan. 26, 2015, has been accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange. The private placement consisted of 3,263,500 units at 20 cents per unit. The shares have been issued and have a hold period to May 29, 2015. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable at 25 cents per share until Jan. 27, 2016. Four directors and/or officers of the company participated in the private placement.

The proceeds of $652,700 will be used for general working capital purposes.
