APHRIA RETRACTS PREVIOUSLY ISSUED STATEMENT

Aphria Inc. is retracting the statement made in its press release dated March 25, 2015, wherein the company stated that it is the only company currently positioned to sell medical marijuana to other licensed producers.

Having amended its licence to sell medical marijuana on a wholesale basis to other licensed producers in Canada, management believes that is has an advantageous position as a low-cost producer in the medical marijuana industry in Canada and is consequently uniquely positioned to pursue wholesale selling in Canada.
