ALDEVER TO AMEND TECHNICAL REPORTS

Aldever Resources Inc., at the request of the British Columbia Securities Commission, will be amending and refiling technical reports for the company's Poplar and Scotia projects to ensure that they comply with National Instrument 43-101. Current reports contain deficiencies and, as such, do not wholly comply with the requirements of NI 43-101. Consequently, the mineral resources reported in those reports should not be relied upon until they can be supported by compliant technical reports.
