AGRIUM COMPLETES SALE OF TURF AND ORNAMENTAL BUSINESS TO KOCH

Agrium Inc. has successfully completed the divestiture of its turf and ornamental business to Koch Agronomic Services LLC, an affiliate of Koch Fertilizer LLC, for approximately $94-million (U.S.).
