Zimtu Capital Corp. has granted options to buy 930,000 shares to its directors, officers and employees of the company. The stock options have an exercise price of 32.5 cents per share and are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant. Of the options granted, 570,000 are issuable to directors and officers of the company.
