ZIMTU CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES THE GRANTING OF STOCK OPTIONS

Zimtu Capital Corp.'s board has granted an aggregate of 1,955,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants, of which 950,000 were granted to the company's officers and directors.

The stock options are exercisable for up to five years from the date of grant at a price of 28 cents per common share.

The stock options are non-transferable and will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of grant and any applicable regulatory acceptance.
