WOULFE MINING GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval, Woulfe Mining Corp. has granted 5.5 million incentive stock options to its directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. The options have a term of five years and are exercisable at a price of 10 cents per share.
