WELLNESS LIFESTYLES INC. ANNOUNCES PROPOSED NAME CHANGE

Wellness Lifestyles Inc. will proceed with a name change to WELL Health Technologies Corp.

"This name change is consistent with both our current business as a health care services provider, and our overarching objectives of modernizing and digitizing the primary health care marketplace," said Hamed Shahbazi, chairman and chief executive officer of Wellness Lifestyles. "Our growth objectives are currently focused on: i) scaling ownership of health care clinics, and ii) developing or acquiring technology assets that we can use to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes."

The name change is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and the company will provide further updates regarding the proposed change, including the effective date, which the company anticipates will be on or prior to July 13, 2018.
