VODIS PHARMACEUTICALS INC. ANNOUNCES $750,000 NON-BROKERED FINANCING

Vodis Pharmaceuticals Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement offering up to 7.5 million common shares of the company at a subscription price of 10 cents per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $750,000.

The offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. Investors will be subject to resale restrictions of four months and a day from closing date.

In addition the company will pay a finder's fee in accordance with the regulatory guidelines.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used to finance the company's continued expansion into Washington State and general working capital purposes.
