The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 4,166,666 bonus warrants exercisable at six cents per share for a one-year period in consideration of loans in aggregate of $250,000.
A $20,000 finder's fee is payable to Euro Pacific Canada Inc.
