Purchase price: 40 cents per non-flow-through share; 56 cents per flow-through share
Warrants: 4,209,821 share purchase warrants to purchase 4,209,821 shares
Warrant exercise price: 60 cents for a three-year period
Number of placees: 41 placees
Total pro group involvement: 300,000 (five placees)
Finders' fees: $241,500 and 402,982 broker warrants, payable to PI Financial Corp.;
18,000 broker warrants, payable to Mackie Research Capital Corp. (The broker warrants are exercisable for two years at 40 cents.)
