The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with an arrangement agreement between Flinders Resources Ltd. (now Leading Edge Materials Corp.) and Tasman Metals Ltd., dated June 20, 2016, pursuant to which the company has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Tasman by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). Under the agreement, the company agreed to issue 0.5 common share in the capital of company in exchange for each Tasman common share held by a Tasman shareholder.

The TSX Venture Exchange has been advised that approval of the transaction by Tasman shareholders was received at an annual general and special meeting of Tasman shareholders held on Aug. 18, 2016, and that approval of the transaction was received from the Supreme Court of British Columbia on Aug. 23, 2016.
