Brien Lundin, in the February, 2015, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says buy Tasman Metals Ltd., recently 50 cents. Mr. Lundin first said buy in March, 2010, at 59 cents. He said take some profits -- perhaps sell half -- in May, 2010, at $1.28. Assuming an investment of $1,000 at 59 cents, selling half at $1.28 yielded a profit of $542. Mr. Lundin said buy five more times between July, 2010, and September, 2013, at prices ranging from 73 cents to $3.94. Assuming an investment of $1,000 for each of the five new buys, and taking into account the $500 investment left after the half sale, the $5,500 position is now worth $2,329. Tasman has released a prefeasibility study for its Norra Karr rare earth element project in Sweden, and the numbers look quite good according to Mr. Lundin. The study pegs Norra's after-tax net present value at $313-million (U.S.) and its posttax internal rate of return at 20 per cent. The project has an estimated unconstrained mine life of over 60 years, and could produce up to 200 tonnes of dysprosium oxide a year for at least 20 years. Tasman and its Norra project continue to have all the ingredients for a very attractive investment, concludes the editor. Buy.
