TARANIS RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF THE DEBT SETTLEMENT

Taranis Resources Inc. has closed the debt settlements originally announced on March 20, 2018. The debt settlements consisted of the issuance of 1,477,685 common shares at a deemed price of seven cents per share to settle outstanding indebtedness of $103,438.

All of the securities issued pursuant to the debt settlements are subject to a hold period in Canada until July 28, 2018.
