TARANIS RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENTS

Taranis Resources Inc. has entered into debt settlement agreements with various creditors pursuant to which $97,516.35 of indebtedness is to be satisfied by the issuance of 1,950,327 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share, subject to regulatory acceptance.
