TEN PEAKS COFFEE COMPANY REPORTS VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The director nominees listed in the information circular for Ten Peaks Coffee Company Inc.'s annual general meeting of shareholders held earlier today were elected as directors of Ten Peaks. Voting results for individual directors elected were as shown in the attached table.

In addition, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was appointed as auditor with 97.39-per-cent voting support.
