TERRENO RESOURCES CORP. ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONSOLIDATION

The effective date for Terreno Resources Corp.'s consolidation of its common shares of one postconsolidation common share for every 10 preconsolidation common shares will be Friday, Dec. 5, 2014.

Effective at the opening of markets on Friday, Dec. 5, 2014, the common shares of the company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.

Following the share consolidation, the company will have approximately 6,984,580 common shares outstanding. The change in the number of issued and outstanding common shares resulting from the share consolidation will not materially affect any shareholder's percentage ownership in Terreno, although their respective ownerships will be represented by a smaller number of common shares. The company will not be changing its name connection with the share consolidation.
