SYLOGIST OPERATING COMPANIES SIGN $1+ MILLION IN CONTRACTS

Sylogist Ltd.'s Epic Data and Bellamy Software operating divisions have signed a number of contracts.

One of the world's largest logistics companies has contracted to implement Epic Data's advanced data collection system, incorporating its IntegraNet software and UniView rugged data entry terminals, for multiple locations throughout the United States. In addition, Epic Data's long-term customer of 20 years and one of North America's largest automotive manufacturers has installed its UniView terminal in multiple manufacturing plants in the United States. These projects follow the recent successful installation of similar systems for Lockheed Martin, the world's largest defence contractor. Epic Data's IntegraNet system and UniView terminals were recently deployed at Lockheed Martin's aeronautics sites across the U.S. to support production of the F-35 Lightning II, the world's most advanced aircraft, as well as the F-16 Fighting Falcon and C-130 Hercules. The Epic Data system records and validates details of work performed, as it occurs, then integrates with other systems to deliver data where they are needed. The IntegraNet and UniView terminal system provides thousands of simultaneous users in multiple locations the ability to record labour and other shop-floor transactions in real time using the rugged UniView data collection terminals.

Sylogist is also pleased to report the signing of contracts with three customers of its public sector operating division, Bellamy Software, for the deployment of asset management and budgeting systems. These systems were developed by the recently acquired Ontario-based Weave Corp. (now part of Bellamy Software) and are being implemented in Bellamy ERP (enterprise resource planning) customers in Western Canada.

The majority of the revenue from the above contracts is expected to be recognized by fiscal year-end of September, 2014.
