Effective at the opening, Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, the common shares of Golden Sun Mining Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Silver Sun Resource Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mineral exploration/development company.
