SILVER SUN REPORTS ON ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

All resolutions were passed at Silver Sun Resource Corp.'s annual general meeting held on Dec. 23, 2010.

The board of directors and management of the company would like to thank all shareholders for their continued support and confidence. The board of directors and officers for the upcoming year will consist of Mark McLeary (president, chief executive officer and director); Tom Kordyback (chief financial officer and director); Ian Foreman, PGeo (director); and Michael Johnson (director).
