SILVER SUN NEWS RELEASE ANNOUNCING GRANTING OF STOCK OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND CONSULTANTS

Silver Sun Resource Corp. is granting options to buy an aggregate of 2.05 million shares to directors, officers and employees of the company. Each option is exercisable at 28 cents per common share and is exercisable at any time until Dec. 22, 2015. The company is also granting an option to buy 750,000 shares to a consultant, which is exercisable at a price of 21 cents per common share until Dec. 22, 2011. All of the options granted today vest immediately and are exercisable in accordance with the terms of the company's stock option plan.
