STINA ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION

Tony Hammond has resigned from Stina Resources Ltd.'s board of directors.

"The board of directors thanks Mr. Hammond for the contribution he has made to the board during his term. We wish him well in his future endeavours," said president Brian Stecyk.
