SIXONINE VENTURES COMPLETES $255,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Sixonine Ventures Corp. has closed the non-brokered private placement previously announced on July 9, 2018, for aggregate proceeds of $255,000.

The offering consisted of 1.7 million units of the company at a price of 15 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant, entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share of the company at a price of 20 cents until July 11, 2019. All securities issued in connection with the offering are subject to a hold period expiring Nov. 12, 2018.

The company intends to use the proceeds of the offering for repayment of debt and working capital purposes.
