Spectra7 Microsystems Inc. will list an additional 11.5 million shares at the open on June 27, 2017, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange.

As stated in the company's short form prospectus dated June 22, 2017, Spectra7 will issue 11.5 million units at 40 cents per unit in a public offering. Each unit will consist of one share and one-half warrant, with the units separating from the warrants immediately upon closing of the offering.

The TSX reports that each whole warrant will be exercisable for one share at 55 cents for two years following the closing date. The warrants will not trade on the TSX.
