SABLE RESOURCES LTD. $750,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Sable Resources Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of $750,000 by issuing 10 million units at a price of 7.5 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the investor to purchase one additional common share with a term of one year at an exercise price of 10 cents.

No commissions or fees are payable in connection with this financing. The net proceeds of this offering will be used for debt settlement and for general working capital requirements.

The financing is subject to the acceptance of the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange. The securities issued by the company in connection with this financing are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of distribution, as prescribed by the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities laws.
