REDKNEE REMINDS SHAREHOLDERS RIGHTS OFFERING WILL EXPIRE AT 5:00 PM TORONTO TIME ON AUGUST 29, 2017

Redknee Solutions Inc. is reminding its rights offering shareholders of record that the period to exercise the rights expires at 5 p.m. Toronto time on Aug. 29, 2017. Any rights not exercised on or before the time the rights expire will be void and will have no value. Additionally, the deadline for U.S. holders and other ineligible holders to submit exempt purchaser status certificates to the rights agent is Aug. 18, 2017.

Further details on the rights offering, including eligibility requirements for shareholders to participate and the procedures to be followed by shareholders to subscribe for rights, are included in a rights offering circular and rights offering notice, which were filed with securities regulatory authorities in each province and territory of Canada on July 26, 2017.
