The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Redknee Solutions Inc. has arranged a rights offering under which it will issue one right for each subordinate voting share held on Aug. 1, 2017. According to the TSX, one right and 63 cents will entitle the holder to buy one subordinate voting share. The rights will begin trading at the open on July 28, 2017, under the symbol RKN.RT and Cusip No. 757524 12 9. At the same time, the company's shares will trade ex rights.

The TSX reports that trading in the rights will end at 12 p.m. Toronto time on Aug. 29, 2017. The rights will expire at 5 p.m. Toronto time and delist at the close on the same day. Trades on Aug. 24, 2017, and Aug. 25, 2017, will settle on Aug. 28, 2017. Trades on Aug. 28, 2017, and from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on Aug. 29, 2017, will settle on Aug. 29, 2017.
