Redknee Solutions Inc. has had a change to its board of directors. Effective immediately, Lucas Skoczkowski has resigned from the board of directors.

Redknee's board will now comprise Demetrios Anaipakos, Scott Brighton, Chris Helling, Christy Jones, Andrew Price and Farhan Thawar.
