CANOPY RIVERS INC. BEGINS TRADING ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

Effective at the opening of the market today, Sept. 20, 2018, Canopy Rivers Inc.'s subordinated voting shares will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol RIV.

On Sept. 17, 2018, the company (formerly named AIM2 Ventures Inc.) announced the completion of its qualifying transaction (as such term is defined in Policy 2.4 of the TSX-V corporate finance manual) involving a three-cornered amalgamation, pursuant to which 10859150 Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, amalgamated with Canopy Rivers Corp. The transaction has now received all final approvals, including that of the TSX-V.
