The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a letter agreement dated April 29, 2013, between Regent Ventures Ltd. and Bruno Mosimann whereby the company has agreed to sell two million shares of EuroGas AG to Mr. Mosimann for cash consideration of $50,000. Insider participation:  Mr. Mosimann is a director of the company and therefore the transaction is non-arm's-length.

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated July 14, 2014, the company's shares shall remain suspended.
