QUIZAM CLOSES $200,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Quizam Media Corp.'s four-million-unit private placement at five cents per unit is now
closed.
The private placement was priced at five cents per unit. Each unit consists of
one common share and one-half share purchase warrant exercisable for 18 months at a
strike price of 10 cents.
There were a total of seven placees. Insider and chief executive officer Russ Rossi subscribed to
1,313,000 units (Blueskyview Software Corp., 1,197,000; Mr. Rossi,
116,000).
Shares and warrants issued as a result of this private placement will be
subject to a four-month hold period expiring March 27, 2015.
