The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Sept. 26, 2018.

Number of shares:  833,269 shares

Purchase price:  98 U.S. cents per share

Warrants:  520,408 share purchase warrants to purchase 520,408 shares

Warrant exercise price:  $1.50 (U.S.) for a period of two years (10,204 warrants); $1.35 (U.S.) for a period of two years (510,204 warrants)

Number of placees:  nine placees

Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
