PARCELPAL ANNOUNCES ENGAGEMENT OF PR AND SOCIAL MEDIA FIRM

ParcelPal Technology Inc. has engaged Investor Ideas to provide public relations, social media and news publication services pursuant to a consulting agreement dated May 11, 2017.

The agreement has an initial two-month term and is renewable at the mutual agreement of both parties. ParcelPal has entered into a consulting agreement with Investor Ideas for compensation of $1,000 per month and has been granted incentive options to purchase 200,000 shares at a price of 10 cents per share. The options will be governed by the provisions of ParcelPal's stock option plan and are exercisable for a period of two years from the date of grant.
