PENGROWTH ANNOUNCES RELEASE DATE FOR ITS 2016 FOURTH QUARTER RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL/WEBCAST DETAILS

Pengrowth Energy Corp. intends to release its fourth quarter and annual results for the period ending Dec. 31, 2016, on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, following the close of equity markets.
