Further to the bulletin dated May 31, 2017, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing an amending agreement dated Aug. 10, 2018, between Pure Energy Minerals Ltd., Clayton Valley Lithium Inc. and Geoxplor Corp., with respect to the Clayton Valley lithium project, pursuant to which the terms of an option agreement dated May 10, 2017, have been amended. In consideration, the company will issue 750,000 shares.
