ORVANA ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

At Orvana Minerals Corp.'s annual shareholder meeting held on Feb. 13, 2019, the individuals disclosed herein were elected as directors of the company.

George Darling received 75,650,005 votes (representing 99.56 per cent of votes cast); Alan Edwards received 75,646,005 votes (representing 99.55 per cent of votes cast); Alfredo Garcia Gonzalez received 75,646,005 votes (representing 99.55 per cent of votes cast); Ed Guimaraes received 75,646,005 votes (representing 99.55 per cent of votes cast); Sara Magner received 75,646,005 votes (representing 99.55 per cent of votes cast); and Gordon Pridham received 75,646,005 votes (representing 99.55 per cent of votes cast).

Immediately after the meeting, Mr. Pridham was reappointed as chairman of the board of directors; Juan Gavidia was reappointed as chief executive officer; Nuria Menendez was reappointed as chief financial officer; and Binh Vu was reappointed secretary.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was reappointed as the company's independent auditor.
