Jay Taylor, in the Jan. 14, 2016, edition of Gold, Energy & Tech Stocks, comments on Novo Resources Corp., recently 68 cents. Mr. Taylor said buy five times from Aug. 16, 2013, to Sept. 16, 2015, at prices ranging from 66 cents to $1.20. A $1,000 investment for each of the five buys would now be worth $3,764. Novo's IGR3000 gravity recovery plant has arrived in Western Australia, and trial mining and processing will begin in early March. The company will commission and test the plant in January to determine an ideal crusher combination to grind rock down to a submillimetre particle size. Novo has contracted West Perth-based DRA Pacific Pty. Ltd. to undertake a prefeasibility study, which is expected to be completed late in the first quarter of 2016. DRA will also design and cost a mill in accordance with the company's intentions to build a turnkey mill from used parts. The stock is rather illiquid as company insiders, Newmont Exploration, Richmond Capital and the Creasy Group hold 51.72 per cent of the company. Only 48.28 per cent of the stock is in public hands. Mr. Taylor has over 22 per cent of his personal holdings in Novo; he is not interested in selling anywhere near the current share price.
