NOVATEQNI ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

NovaTeqni Corp.'s Riaz Sumar has resigned as a director and as chief financial officer of the company effective immediately. Larry Youell will serve as the company's interim chief financial officer until a suitable replacement can be found. Mr. Youell has also been appointed chairman of the company.
